Hundreds of runners are expected to race through Key West’s historic Old Town and waterfront areas Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012 during the 14th annual Key West Half Marathon. Set to begin at 7 a.m., the sporting challenge takes place on a flat, fast 13.1-mile half-marathon course in the scenic island city.
Now in its 14th year, the race typically attracts participants from throughout the United States, as well as other countries including Great Britain, Canada and Mexico, to compete in Key West’s balmy January climate.
