Grab your oars and anything that floats for this family-fun-filled Key Largo festival, the 2010 version of “Anything that Floats Race, Regatta, and Fireworks”.
Held on Blackwater Sound, mile marker 104, bayside in Key Largo, Florida Keys, this event features, you guessed it, “anything that floats”.
Bring homemade vessels of materials that you find around your house: cardboard, wood, PVC, duct tape, milk jugs, 5 gallon buckets, saran wrap, old t-shirts, outdoor furniture, old bikes, and pool noodles.
Just to be environmentally friendly, prohibited are motors, inflatable rafts, foam, and pool toys.
