Last night I had a fabulous dinner at Cafe Sole.  Located on the corner of Southard and Frances Streets, Cafe Sole Restaurant has the ambiance of a Key West conch house and a charming French restaurant and is a local favorite. Cafe Sole Chef and owner John Correa combines his knowledge of French cuisine with the very best Key West seafood.  Chef Correa has created some of the finest recipes on the island.  His signature hog fish in red pepper holindaise and conch carpaccio with fresh lime and extra virgin olive oil are two of my favorites!
