Thursday, December 31st, over 200 local wiener-dogs congregate on the Courthouse steps in this hilarious spectacle of canine chaos! The dogs lead their owners along the parade route from the corner of Whitehead and Fleming over to Duval and up to Southard Street. Be sure to be on time for this one as the parade starts at noon and ends at about 12:15!
